Job Description

[Responsibilities]

  • Customer support for our software
  • Daily support on customers sales operation and other functions in the system
  • Generating daily and monthly sales report using database management tools, Excel and other tools in the system
  • Software testing with our owned developed software
  • Visit customers offices to collect requirements and issues, and also provide training to customers
  • Other tasks assigned by managers

[Requirements]

  • Can communicate and happy to work with customers
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
  • Experience of using any database management tool (such as HeidiSQl, SQLyog, etc.)
  • Be able to work on public holiday and weekend (Saturday)
  • Be able to understand customer business requirements and logic quickly

[Working day/hour]

  • Working day: Monday to Friday
  • Working hour: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break,12:00PM – 1:00PM)
