[Requirements]
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related fields
- Minimum One-year experience in Sale, Marketing or other related fields
- Having knowledge about sale, marketing and business
- Proficiency in Computer Skills MS Office
- Skillful in explanation by speaking and writing to the customer
- Able to report in English and Khmer
- Good at communication with customers and other departments
- Ability to read the customer mind and flexible attitude
- Creative in sale depend on the market situation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Owning vehicle and being flexible
[Responsibilities]
- Preparing documents for sale (the whole project house plan, price table, payment table, bank information, catalog, booking receipt and other requesting forms)
- Explaining customers about each house function and advantage
- Achieving the monthly target (number of selling house)
- Making appointment with customers in the office (outside if necessary)
- Pursuing customers for selling and solving other problems
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sale reports
- Planning daily schedule for calling target customers
- Reporting about competitor
- Keeping good communication and services with customers
- Preparing materials for sale and keeping working place neatly
- Improving sale skill with high effectiveness
- Knowledge with project information and type of house clearly
- Calculation and counselling with customers about the payment
- Solving customer problem base on company policy
- Ability to solve the facing problem quickly
- Ability to request to the manager for solving problem
- Making decision based on company policy
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
