[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business management
- 2-5 years of working experience as HR, Admin
- Good communication in English
- Japanese speaker is plus
- Good communication, honest, flexible, hard working
- Good at problem solving
- Age: 25-33
[Responsibilities]
- Assist on staff recruitment activity (job posting, selecting, interview staff…)
- Prepare job offer letter and employment contract for the new staff
- Manage all kind of application form leave and properly filing
- Check payroll and staff’s attendance
- Prepare and conduct any trainings to the new staff
- Assist to conduct on policy orientation to the new staff
- keep update on new labor law and regulate in MOL
- Any tasks assigned by manager
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday – Friday
- Working Hour : 9:00am – 6:00pm
