[Requirements]
- Age: 22 ~ 35
- Gender: Female or Male
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, or VBA).
- Basic understanding of Data Visualization tools (like Power BI or Google Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Familiarity with factory operations or supply chain logic.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Language: Competency in English (Reading/Writing) for technical documentation controlling)
[Responsibilities]
- Process Digitization: Identify manual, paper-based workflows within the production line and convert them into digital formats (apps, software, or digital forms).
- Data Management & Analysis: Assist in setting up real-time data monitoring systems (Dashboards) to track production KPIs, downtime, and quality control.
- System Implementation: Support the deployment of smart factory technologies, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), or IoT (Internet of Things) devices.
- Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support for digital tools and software used on the factory floor.
- Training & Coordination: Conduct training sessions for production supervisors and workers on how to use new digital systems effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to find innovative ways to reduce waste and improve lead times through technology

- Working day: Mon to Sat
- Working hour: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
