Job Description
[Requirements]
- Must have export experience in logistic field especially in Air route
- Language: Good command of English for communication
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in computer systems for tracking shipments
- Knowledge of international customs and regulations
- Knowledge of air cargo rates and routing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents
- Ability to identify and address potential delays and problems
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
[Responsibilities]
- Organizing and booking freight shipments
- Compiling and filing customs documentation
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiating freight rates and services
- Identifying cost savings opportunities
- Other task by manager
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Working Hour : Morning 08:00 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:30
