Job Description
[Requirements]
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, inventory, or procurement
- Basic understanding of warehouse financials and ability to support the manager in P&L reviews
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
[Responsibilities]
- Develops and oversees the complete warehouse operations
- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Support inventory control activities, including stock accuracy and proper stocking procedures
- Coordinate timely processing and delivery of stock in line with operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
- Assist in logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Support communication and coordination with customers and suppliers as required
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with updating records at the distribution center (DC)
- Support staff allocation and monitor daily workforce performance
- Liaise with contractual staff and assist in handling local authority-related matters
- Maintain a good working relationship with warehouse employees and outsourced personnel

- Working Hour : 8:30am – 5:30pm
