[Requirements]
- Male/ Female and being a motivated person.
- High School and above
- Have working experience in restaurants
- Computer Skill (Basic use for Email and report)
- Can speaking, writing, reading and listening in English Daily Conversation or Japanese
[Responsibilities]
- Open/Close the shop
- Conduct weekly briefings with store leaders
- Manage inventory
- Motivate/ Training staff
- Assist the store manager with assigned tasks
- Maintain QSC at 70%
- Handle customer issues
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain high sales
- Monitor staff performance
- Create shift schedules
- Assign staff to appropriate tasks
- Communicate accurate information from upper management to the team
- Control food costs within estimates
- Ensure QSC standards and staff safety
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment and product quality
- Follow up with upper management and provide timely reports
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day: 6 days per week ( 1 day off)
- Working Hour: 8h/1day
[Allowance & Benefits]
- Transportation Fee (distance)
