[Requirements]
- Graduated students in any field or have working experience 2 years in the financial sector.
- Be able to drive a car and must have a car driving license.
- Strong commitment with field work.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good calculation and explanation in number.
- Be able to communicate, read, and write English.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, email etc.
[Responsibilities]
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of delinquent loans.
- Perform collateral sale.
- Call to overdue customer, workplace, business place, witness, relatives, friends and parents.
- Site visit for finding resolutions or negotiations with NPL customers who are late repayment to pay normally, pay off, restructure, pay partial, reschedule and any agreement as well as possible.
- Provide good customer service and support to loan customers during the recovery process.
- Recommend taking legal action, booking provision, or taking any measures for NPF cases that are non-negotiable, with no contact or running away.
- Record and update regularly delinquent customers’ status for any action.
- Update collection reports and activities (call and visit) in to system.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result.
- Prepare a credit proposal (pay off, restructure, normalize, pay partial, take legal action, book provision…) to manager for any decisions.
- Ensure policy & guideline are complied
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

- Monday –Friday
- 8:00am – 5:30pm (8hours/day, Lunch break: 1hour and haft)
