Job Description

[Requirements]

  • Graduated with a High School​ or  bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
  • Preferably some experience in credit/loan processing, sales or customer service (can consider fresh graduates with strong aptitude).
  • Good analytical skills; ability to review financial statements, interpret data and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: confident in dealing with clients and local community.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the province for client visits.
  • Could use Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
  • Good command of the local language (Khmer) and preferably some English.
  • High integrity, reliability, self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and result‑oriented.

[Responsibilities]

  • Promote and sell the company’s credit/loan products within the branch’s province/area.(Sale Instalment Officer)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Support clients in completing applications, documentation, and required processes.
  • Receive, review and process loan/credit applications from prospective clients.
  • Conduct field visits to client business sites / homes in the province to verify information and assess risk. (on-site visit position)
  • Prepare loan/credit proposals, calculate key financial/risk ratios, and submit for approval according to company policy.
  • Monitor and follow up on disbursed loans: ensure timely repayments, detect early signs of delinquencies.
  • Collect loan repayments and other dues from clients according to the company’s policy and repayment schedule. (Collection Officer)
  • Follow up with clients on overdue payments through phone calls, visits, or other communication channels.
  • Conduct field visits to meet customers in person, verify their payment ability, and negotiate repayment plans when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, disbursements and repayments.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, local authorities, referral partners and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policy, procedures, relevant laws/regulations, and internal controls.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Area Manager

[Working Day/hour]

  • Working Time    : 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break)
  • Working Day     : Monday to Sunday (Day off =2 days)
