[Requirement]
- At least Bachelor Degree in Business administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Skillful in Basic computer and Microsoft Office
- Ability to speak, read, and write good English
- Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Be courteous, kind, responsible, flexible, honest, hard-working
- Age: 20- 30
[Responsibilities]
Front Desk
- Generate sales and enhance guest relations including visitors, interviewees and all customers
- Greeting customers, students, and parents
- Provide accurate, valid and complete school information to all customers
- Operating enrollment services by providing students placement test, application form, student registration services including photo, documents, books, uniforms, ID cards and others
- Act as cashier, call center and school counselor
- Identify and assist students and parents’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Prepare records; follow up with customer interactions, activities, transactions, and feedback
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the customer service process
- Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization
Call Centre
- Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Call center management including students, parents and other customers
International Study Centre
- Promote international study service
- Generate sales & offer student support
- Prepare all related documents
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working day: Monday – Saturday
- Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday), 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday)
