[Requirements]

  • Age 28-38 years’ old
  • University degree in business administration or related field
  • Business level Japanese and English language skills (Chinese is a plus)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.)
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a manager or center manager
  • Be able to negotiate with external parties such as AEON Malls and construction companies.
  • Be able to create and manage sales budget plans.
  • Experience in sales planning, promotion, and other planning and proposal.
  • Experience in customer service
  • Have good communication skills with staff and have experience in training subordinates.
  • Flexibility and initiative in dealing with customers, staff and supervisors
  • Able to work honestly, take responsibility, respond quickly, work overtime and be a fast learner

[Responsibilities]

  • As DGM, you will be responsible for controlling multiple stores.
  • Planning to achieve the Sales Budget of the operation, set sales targets, and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Sales reports, SMS, checks, purchase orders, and plans for layout changes in store
  • Control game machine data, check daily sales data and inventory.
  • Math skills are required.
  • Prepare proposals for sales plans, promotions, etc.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.) are required
  • Negotiate contracts with AEON Mall and submit necessary documents (TMS application, request letters, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews for new recruits and control staff schedules
  • It is important that you have to be a good leader for your subordinates and work diligently without being tardy or absent without notice.

[Working Day/Hour]

  • Due to the sales service-related business, some work may be required on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (basically, it is a holiday not working)
  • Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
  • Monthly allowance offering
  • 2 Day off per week + Public holidays (based on the Head office holiday standards)
  • 18 Days Paid leave (PL) after 1 year of working in accordance with Cambodian Labor Law
