- Language: Good command of English for communication
- Have experiences in Human Resource and Administration Field
- Has high management skill
- Good communication and can work under pressure
- Mind trying to apply new way, new method continuously
- Active mind not working passively
- Fluent and good skill in writing and reading in English
- Computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Ms. Team, Ms. Outlook.
[Responsibilities]
- Manage full set of Human Resource Work
- Manage full set of Administration Work
- Manage full set of IT Work
- Task managing RPA streamlining project
- Project management especially schedule management.
- Fostering safe and comfortable work environment
- Managing employee relations
- Handling disciplinary needs
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Supporting employee development
- As a HR & Compliance Officer to join all compliance meeting at RHQ
- As ESG Champion and be a representative of company to join all ESG activities which hold by RHQ
- Handle and working communication with oversea group, RHQ and GHQ
- Prepare work permit book for all foreigners and local staffs.
- Arrange transportation/accommodation for all staff & management
- Do every task assign by MD and requested by all staffs
- Keep all confidential & important file
- Prepare all Admin Letter
- Supply stationary to every department & branch
- Solve HR & Admin problem for every department & branch
- As a company secretary for dealing with IT company/ Legal Firm
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Working Hour : Morning 08:00 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:30
