[Requirements]

  • Good communication in English & Japanese N3
  • Experience: At least 1 year Related Hotel Experience
  • Education: Degree and above
  • Age: Open
  • Gender: Open

[Responsibilities]

  • To control customer booking schedule.
  • To offer services which meet customer need’s
  • To know and solve the customer complain from previous shift.
  • Other task assigned by manager or senior staff.

[Working Hour/day]

  • Working Day : 6Days/week (1 Day off/week)
  • Working hours : 2:00PM to 10:30PM
