[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: English Competency.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

[Responsibilities]
To manage overall HR in TTMC
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify HR needs and provide solutions.
- Prepare and Review employees employment contract.
- Prepare employee satisfaction survey and report.
- Others HR task assigned by management.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (6days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
[Allowances & Benefits]
- Bonus: 1 month salary/year
