[Requirements]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: English Competency.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

[Responsibilities]

To manage overall HR in TTMC

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Prepare and Review employees employment contract.
  • Prepare employee satisfaction survey and report.
  • Others HR task assigned by management.

[Working Day/Hour]

  • Working Day : Monday to Saturday (6days/week)
  • Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)

[Allowances & Benefits]

  • Bonus: 1 month salary/year

  • OT pay: Yes (Refer to labor law)
