Job Description
[Requirements]
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as key account manager,
- 3-5 years of experience in airfreight, seafreight and cross border transport,
- Experience in sales and marketing,
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation,
- Computer skills,
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
[Responsibilities]
- Keep communication properly with global account manager regarding customer’s requirements,
- Implement properly the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),
- Maintain good relationship and monthly/quarterly business review with local customers,
- Develop new target accounts and sales lead,
- Handle RFQ for all airfreight, seafreight and other modes,
- Escalate local and global carriers for airfreight, seafreight and cross border transportation mode,
- Build good relationship and monthly/quarterly meeting with related carriers,
- Monitor the profit and loss report,
- Monitor monthly and quarterly forecast report,
- Monitor monthly report of the department,
- Other tasks are assigned by department manager.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Friday (5days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
