- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Experience in international trading business
- Language competency in English
- Computer literacy able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic mathematics skills
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties
- Confidence in physical strength
[Responsibilities]
Logistics Planning
- Evaluate Local transportation company/Forwarder/Shipping company and selection
- Parts Logistics Operation Management
- Receiving shipping plan
- Transportation between Sea/Airport and Plant
- Customs declaration (Sea Cargo)
- Customs declaration (Air Cargo)
- Container Yard Status & Location Control
- Export Customs clearance and report to related parties.
- Emergency countermeasures
- Create recovery plan for vessel delay/Air plane delay/Local Transportation delay
Parts Quality
- Communication window for Container damage/Sea accident claim
- Create Invoice for compensation
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (6days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
[Allowances & Benefits]
- Bonus: 1 month salary/year
