Ocean Freight Forwarding Operations (OFF)

Job Description

[Requirements]

• Minimum 1–2+ years’ experience in Ocean Freight forwarding (Import/Export).
• Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and carrier requirements.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with documentation, customs procedures, and operational workflows.

[Responsibilities]

• Handle ocean freight import/export operations including booking, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, trucking teams, warehouse, and overseas agents.
• Prepare SI, HBL/MBL, invoices, and customs-related documents.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and timely service delivery.

• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Monday to Friday
