[Requirements]
- At least 3-year experiences in logistic
- Must have experience some of import or export by Air, Ocean, and Truck.
- Knowledge on Logistics Industry.
- Good communication
- Fluent and good skill in writing and reading in English
- Computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point
- Available for standby in office if have some case urgent.
[Responsibilities]
- Handle and solve daily operation and transactions with other involve party such as Broker, Customers, airline, GSA, CSA…etc.
- Arrange daily air-export and import shipments and operation.
- Understand the SOP of all customers and strongly follow SOP requirement.
- Follow up with local customers for cargo as well as document status & keep related parties informed if any change Arrange booking spaces with Airlines,
- GSA and CSA and execute all important shipping documents, e.g. flight schedule, Hawb, Mawb, Manifest, INV/packing list / CO etc…
- Arrange booking truck with trucking team for pick up & delivery shipments to customer in timely.
- Closely follow up with Customs Broker to ensure smooth operation of all the activity of import & export shipments.
- Report to Customers, Manager & Concerned if any irregular.
- Contact to airline, GSA, CSA oversea agents for flight schedule.
- Update schedule to customers and agent.
- Checking approval and contact to shipper for any booking approval.
Issue HAWB, MAWB, Manifest etc for smooth arrangement. - Checking & confirming costing in system.
- Responsible for full system data entries.
- Issue invoice and send to customers & oversea agent as per timeline.
- Responsible for sending pre-alerts and shipping advice to customers.
- Understand and achieve Weekly & monthly KPIs target.
- Support Manager to follow-up payment and update to accountant Dept or Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly shipment report.
- Update data into customer’s system if required.
- Follow up shipment arrival as per schedule.
- Support or co-ordinate with other operation staffs and related departments.
- Weekly report to Manager
- Communicate with RHQ & GHQ team if required.
- Support Manager for the space procurement & bidding if require.
- Collect costing for update & filling weekly and monthly then report to Manager.
- Keep learning, sharing & training Junior staffs if any new procedure update.
- Attend weekly and monthly meeting if assign by Manager, then share then keep the team update if any news/changed.

- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Working Hour : Morning 08:00 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:30
