Operator (Security Service)

Job Description

[Responsibilities]

• Pay attention on signal alert, take action, check with customer and send the response team
• Get training on system/equipment function with set up location
• Training on how to face with intruder/fire accident
• Training on the street, area and location that can get to customer place quickly
• Communicate with customer
• Good team work
• Follow the operation rule and work flow of the operation team
• Other task assign by manager

[Requirements]

• Fresh graduated
• Experience: Have experience in monitoring CCTV/ security camera or as security
• Language: English in communication level
• Preferred who can use in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Willing to work in rotating shift

[Working Day/Hour]

• Working Day : 4 days off/month
• Working Hour : 7AM-4PM, 3PM-12AM, 11:30PM-8:30AM (1 shift for 1 month)
