[Requirement]
- Age: 20–30 years
- Gender: Male or Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Automotive) or a related field.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to use English for communication.
- Open-minded and good teamwork skills.
- Strong problem analysis skills (QC tools are required; statistical methods are preferred).
- Understanding of basic measurement methods
- Must have: Vernier Caliper & Micrometer
- Preferred: Precision measurement tools (e.g., coordinate and shape measuring equipment)
[Responsibilities]
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and claims (both local and international).
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality Control departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness.
- Work closely with core teams to reduce daily defects on the production line.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly quality reports to management.
- Train and guide operators on company policies and quality awareness during orientation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
