[Requirements]

• Language: Japanese N3 and English C+
• Experience: At least 1-year Related Hotel Experience
• Education: Degree and above
• Age: Open
• Gender: Open

[Responsibilities]

• To control customer booking schedule.
• To offer services which meet customer need’s
• To know and solve the customer complain from previous shift.
• Other task assigned by manager or senior staff.

[Working Day/Hour]

• 8:00AM-5:00PM
• 1day/week (day off)
