Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF Air Conditioners (VRF) under the guidance of supervisors.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers by responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Quotation & Proposal Assistance: Support the preparation of quotations and proposal documents to help the sales team secure contracts.
- Coordination & Internal Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers and customer service, to ensure smooth customer support and project execution.
- Sales Data Management: Manage customer information, sales records, and activity logs to support efficient sales operations.
[Requirements]
- Basic Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales or the air conditioning industry is preferred
- Technical Interest & Learning Ability: Willingness to understand the basics of air conditioning systems (especially VRF) and continuously learn through work.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support with a flexible approach.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a structured and timely manner.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (For Saturday: 1st and 4th week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
