- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products, markets, and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore new markets.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for agricultural products.
- Lead and train the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.

- Working Day : Monday – Saturday
- Working Hour : 8:00am – 5:00pm
