[Requirements]
- Language: Good command of English for communication
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in computer systems for tracking shipments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents
- Ability to identify and address potential delays and problems
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
[Responsibilities]
- Receive booking from supplier
- Booking space to carrier
- Seeking approval from Buyer
- Update all information in to Yusen system status
- Prepare and submit SI to carrier
- Send Draft SI to shipper checking.
- Update AP / AR (Carrier / Shipper)
- Complete all task assign by Manager
- Coordinate related department, shipper, carrier, co-loader, forwarder, broker, Agent and Head office (Hong Kong).
- Send approval to supplier vs Release Order from carrier
- Extract e-docs and prepare FCR & send to supplier
- Issue Invoice charge to supplier
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Working Hour : Morning 08:00 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:30
