Job Description
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Age under 30
[Responsibilities]
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain HR databases, track employee attendance, and manage leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Arrange registration required under the law of Cambodia
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Assist in payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate Logistic Works
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (5.5days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 6:00pm
