[Requirements]
- English : Good communication
- Japanese : Prefer (But not must)
- Age : Open
- Gender : Open
- Graduated in Bachelor’s Degree of Education or relevant discipline.
- Working experience at least 03 years in Soft Skill Training/Hospitality Training in Japanese company.
- Must have Certificate TOT
- Good Khmer and English both verbal, written and Japanese will be advantage.
- Good with computer Microsoft
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Good Health condition & team work.
- Creative perception and honestly.
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
[Responsibilities]
- To provide high quality professional training courses and materials
- Be able to advice, assistance and information to Team and other departments within the organization, where and when necessary
- To ensure that all members of staff, new and existing, within the department and external to, are trained on the application to an appropriate level.
- Conduct TNA to create new course right match to current company situation
- Monitor and Evaluate training courses
- To maintain effective communication with employee
- To ensure that training requirements are adequately specified and documented
- To ensure training provision meets customer requirements and is evaluated appropriately
- To establish the effective training
- To acquire feedback on the courses needed for future planning/management information
- To develop and maintain training material
- To design training materials that reflects company developments.
- Keeping & controlling attendant for all staffs by each training course
- Other duties will be assigned by Management
[Working Hour/day]
- Working hour: Flexible
- Working day: Day off : 7 Day off/month (take day off by schedule but no working more than 6 day continuously)
