Store Manager

Job Description

[Requirements]

• Education: Bachelor degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in meaning supermarkets, retail store or related field
• Good communication of English and Khmer both writing and speaking
• Management ability
• Schedule management ability
• Ability of raising up the issue and solving the problem
• Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
• Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
• Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
• Work experience at the big factory or retail companies is greatly welcome.

[Responsibilities]

1. Management & Supervision

• Manage and monitor the performance of Chief.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations and adherence to company standards.
• Educate and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.

2. Sales & Inventory Control

• Optimize sales and inventory control (Plan Proper Stock Policy, Controlling Order
• Clearance Slow Stock)
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution.
• Conduct data analysis to understand trends and forecast needs.
• Ensure FIFO compliance where applicable

3. Customer Service & Relationship Building

• Maintain admirable customer service standards across the store.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, tenants, and local community representatives.
• Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty
• Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality

4. Planning & Development

• Plan and execute store events or promotional ideas to increase sales.
• Implement and manage PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)
• Other tasks assigned by Management.

[Working day/hour]

• Flexible shift schedule: *4 shift
• (A: 8:00 – 5:00 pm/ B: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm) (C: 1:00pm – 10:00 pm/ D: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
• Weekly days off: 1.5 days off per week or 6 days off per month
• Workplace: Inside Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall
