[Responsibilities]

Overall in charge of the whole outlet, make decision, oversee outcome of the outlet, development plan –Level A – must have pass some IQ question and few psychometric tests.

  • Be able to perform all activities of subordinates well and correctly.
  • Clearly understand and able to explain to staff about all policies/guidelines/memo – HR/MKT/ACC etc.
  • Clearly understand administrative workflow within internal process and external parties.
  • Understanding sale trend of the outlet and set target to team in accordance with master plan
  • Be aware of surrounding sale/promotion/problem/ and pre-cautious or raise awareness to team to act accordingly.
  • Issue monthly report of all issues happening within the month to relevant department and management team then propose and/or request solutions if necessary.
  • Responsible for safe content and regularly report to relevant department and management team.
  • Responsible for daily cash deposit to bank and report to relevant department and management team.
  • Responsible in controlling uniform, stock ordering, inventory and food waste management …
  • Ensure QSC of the outlet up to standard by following pre-shift check and housekeeping task.
  • Coordinate and make decision on people request – AL, SL, day off working time …
  • Check, comment and approve on staff roster done by hall/kitchen in-charge.
  • Do hiring – interview, lobby, and/or retention based on actual operation need.
  • Identify potential issues and set action plan.
  • Prioritize and assign task to subordinating team and follow up thoroughly.
  • Creating and/or developing training plan and schedule based on level of operation situation.
  • Must be responsible for wrong ordering (hall) and/or wrong making (kitchen)
  • Must be able to rotate working time as well as outlet and control back-office system (POS server).
  • Be willing to take extra mile.
