[Requirements]
- Education: Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in meaning supermarkets, retail store or related field
- Good communication of English and Khmer both writing and speaking
- Management ability
- Schedule management ability
- Ability of raising up the issue and solving the problem
- Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
- Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
- Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
- Work experience at the big factory or retail companies is greatly welcome.
[Responsibilities]
Manage Admin Chief / Sales Chief ‘s performance.
- Optimize Sales Inventory Control
- Handling complaints of sale floor
- Has one Admirable Customer Service
- Accurate Store Admin Work
- Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
- Build relationship with mall and another tenant
- Staff education
- Planning event/idea to increase the Sales
⃰ At the same time, need to proceed PDCA circle of
- Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)
- Timely Data analysis to understand trend
- Competitors investigate
[Working Day/Hour]
- Shift time working: *4 shift
- (A: 8:00 – 5:00 pm/ B: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
- (C: 1:00pm – 10:00 pm/ D: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- Weekly Day off: 1.5 days off per week or six days off per month
