Job Description

[Requirements]

• Education: Bachelor degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in meaning supermarkets, retail store or related field
• Good communication of English and Khmer both writing and speaking
• Management ability
• Schedule management ability
• Ability of raising up the issue and solving the problem
• Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
• Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
• Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
• Work experience at the big factory or retail companies is greatly welcome.

[Responsibilities]

Manage Admin Chief / Sales Chief ‘s performance.

• Optimize Sales Inventory Control
• Handling complaints of sale floor
• Has one Admirable Customer Service
• Accurate Store Admin Work
• Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
• Build relationship with mall and another tenant
• Staff education
• Planning event/idea to increase the Sales

⃰ At the same time, need to proceed PDCA circle of

• Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)
• Timely Data analysis to understand trend
• Competitors investigate

[Working Day/Hour]

• Shift time working: *4 shift

1. (A: 8:00 – 5:00 pm/ B: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm)
2. (C: 1:00pm – 10:00 pm/ D: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)

• Weekly Day off: 1.5 days off per week or six days off per month
