[Requirements]
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or team lead experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, storing, picking, packing, delivery, and inventory.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and fire regulations.

- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
[Responsibilities]
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivery.
- Ensure smooth stock movement and accurate records using internal systems.
- Lead and train warehouse staff to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor 3PL (third-party logistics) performance and coordinate with service providers.
- Ensure proper stock management, space usage, and layout optimization.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Track and report key metrics (stock levels, accuracy, KPIs) regularly.
- Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics and outlet teams.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock adjustments when needed.
- Suggest improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

- Working Day : Monday – Saturday
- Working Hour : 8:30am – 5:30pm
