[Requirements]
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Language: English proficiency for daily business communication.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & email.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ HR Management
- Have experience related to Sales Management (Electronic Product Field or Consumer Electronic preferable). Have experience related to HR Management (Retail sale operation preferable).
- Be able to report and present to Management and Team leader with self-confident.
- Good at Customer Relations & best communication with the local and foreigner.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator (preferable).
- Good at team leading and training with proactive personality and strong initiative. Independent person, Smart, Flexible and Leadership.
- Be able to enjoy working at shopfront with promoters.
- Good understanding of retail business/ Consumer Electronics Business (preferable).
- Be able to handle/plan the promoter activities (training, campaign, party and trip)
[Responsibilities]
- Work with outsource recruitment company
- Work on promoter contract (Scope of Work, Job Description).
- Work with outsource company relate to promoter mobile app management.
- Manage training activities & schedule for shop front promoters about product knowledge, product display & sale talk closing.
- Coordinate creating point of sale marketing (POSM) materials like POP, catalogue, leaflet for shopfront such as Sunsimexco, Kfour, AEON & Nojima.
- Report on all field marketing (FMK) activities include marketing campaign performance, demonstration, display improvement, promoter sale talks and role play and others
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (For Saturday: 1st and 4th week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
