  • 28 years old Up
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related skill
  • Have 3 years up experience in related field in management .
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Friendly, hard-working
  • Ability work under pressure be flexible
  • Good interpersonal Communication problem solving skill
  • Excellent teamwork team building ski
  • Understand about the employee system in Cambodia
  • Must have management skill
  • Strong desire to learn and commit his/her further development.

[Responsibilities]

  • Manage KPI
  • Staffs Training
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation program
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of the human resource staff
  • Meet with other department heads to collect information about their staffing and training needs
  • Supervise recruitment, interviews, selections, hiring and training
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by manager

[Working Hour/day]

  • Working days: Monday ~ Saturday
  • Working Hours: 8:00 am ~ 5:00pm, 8h/day (1 hour break, 12:00pm -1:00pm)
  • Holidays: Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben day, Water Festival.
