- Strong communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, HR software, and employee engagement tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to a flexible schedule as needed.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop strategies to promote the company as a top employer to attract top talent.
- Ensure the company’s values, culture, and mission are effectively communicated in all external and internal branding materials and create engaging content that highlights unique company culture.
- Create media content (interviews, articles, social media, press releases) and manage relationships with local media, and the company’s career website.
- Create initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall
- Maintain and grow company brand across various digital platforms
- Design and execute programs, surveys, and activities to improve workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Work closely with HR for recruitment efforts like, do poster and do job vacancy announcement and with the marketing team for aligned branding strategies.
- Implement initiatives that enhance employee loyalty and reduce turnover.
- Planning and Organize event engagement, staff party, annual trip, business update, all event that company has.
- Work with leadership to implement feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop internal announcements, and other content to keep employees informed and connected.

[Working Day/Hour]
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
