Job Description

[Requirements]
● Education: Information of System or design background preferable
● Experience: 1y of experience in design, VDO, branding management, workflow design & process optimization welcome
● Language: Strong English Communication (reading and writing) & spoken skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
● Computer: Google workspace, AI tool
● Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Video editor,..
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
[Responsibilities]
1. Graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as video editing
2. Website management, intranet (Teamsite) administration, Facebook management, and branding management
3. Utilization of AI tools (business process digitization) and leading IT tools training across the group
4. Support and backup for system in the company

[Working Day/Hour]
● Working Day : Mon-Fri
● Working Hour : 8:00AM-6:00 PM
