⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
🍽️ Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with car dealers.
• Promote the company’s products and services and identify new clients.
• Visit customers and investigate their businesses, financial status, and repayment sources to support loan approval.
• Prepare credit investigation reports for management.
• Arrange appointments with customers and relevant parties.
• Take photos of customers’ homes and business locations when required.
• Coordinate with local authorities and neighbors to verify customer information and collect necessary documents.
• Ensure all field data and customer information are accurate and complete.
• Prepare daily investigation reports and report completed tasks, pending cases, and issues to the team.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information and documents.
• Explain loan terms and contracts to customers and arrange contract signing.
• Submit loan disbursement requests.
• Follow up with and manage assigned customers.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

✅ Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates from any field are welcome, or candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
• Able to drive a car and hold a valid driving license.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications.
