Job Description
[Requirements]
- Female, age 35 – 40 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years+ of experience in Accounting & Tax and HRM with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, Significant experience in tax auditing or corporate tax departments
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus
- GAAP/IFRS: Mastery of Accounting Standards (Generally Accepted Accounting
- Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
- Internal Controls: Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or similar frameworks to prevent fraud.
[Responsibilities]
- General Ledger Oversight: Maintaining the chart of accounts and ensuring all journal entries are accurate.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Producing the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Month-End/Year-End Closing: Managing the rigorous process of “closing the books” to provide timely financial data.
- Internal Controls: Designing and implementing safeguards to prevent errors and financial fraud.
- Budgetary Support: Assisting departments in monitoring their spending against forecasted budgets.
- Tax Filing & Reporting: Preparing and filing local, state, federal, and international tax returns accurately and on time.
- Tax Planning: Identifying legal tax credits and deductions to minimize the company’s effective tax rate.
- Audit Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for government tax authorities during audits.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Keeping the executive team updated on changes in tax laws that could impact the business.
- Deferred Taxes: Calculating and managing deferred tax assets and liabilities for financial reporting.
- Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to final offers.
- Employee Relations: Mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and maintaining high morale.
- Managerial functions: HR Planning, Organizing, staffing, directing and controlling
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring the company follows labor laws (overtime, safety, anti-discrimination), maintaining the Employee Handbook, and all other related laws both internal and gov.
- Performance Management: Overseeing the annual review process and helping managers set goals for their teams.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll (often in partnership with Accounting), health insurance, and retirement plans.

- 8:00am to 17: 00 pm / 9:00am to 18:00pm
