[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Several years’ working in B2B sales experience, preferably
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Can use English or Chinese for business communication
- Command of basic function of MS Office Excel.

- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Open-minded and adaptable to working under a foreign supervisor or multicultural team.
[Responsibilities]
Operation Management
- Manages customer credit exposure and minimizes bad debt risk in coordination with the Finance
department. - Coordinates with Purchasing for special orders and bulk stock planning.
Data & Analysis - Reviews of customer feedback propose service improvements.
Inter-department Communication - Works closely with Store Managers for corporate pickup or store-assisted purchases.
- Coordinates with the Marketing department on B2B lead generation campaigns and materials.Team Management & Development
- Trains Sales Corporate Senior on product knowledge, proposal writing, communication standard.
- Records sales pipeline, monitors staff activity, prepares weekly reports.Sales Execution & Support
- Daily coordination, customer follow-ups, and team supervision.
- Overseas corporate customer service (inquiries, complaints, after sales).
- Handles corporate accounts (e.g., small offices).
- Other tasks assigned by Corporate Sales Manager.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday (5.5days/week)
- Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
