[Requirements]
- 28 years old Up
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related skill
- Have 3 years up experience in related field in management .
- Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Friendly, hard-working
- Ability work under pressure be flexible
- Good interpersonal Communication problem solving skill
- Excellent teamwork team building ski
- Understand about the employee system in Cambodia
- Must have management skill
- Strong desire to learn and commit his/her further development.

[Responsibilities]
- Manage KPI
- Staffs Training
- Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation program
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the human resource staff
- Meet with other department heads to collect information about their staffing and training needs
- Supervise recruitment, interviews, selections, hiring and training
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager
[Working Hour/day]
- Working days: Monday ~ Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:00 am ~ 5:00pm, 8h/day (1 hour break, 12:00pm -1:00pm)
- Holidays: Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben day, Water Festival.
