Job Description
[Requirements]
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Food Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as QA/QC in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge in food safety and quality system certificate (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000,BRC…).
- Available to work at night shift (if necessary).
- Good in English.
- Independent, Leadership, Flexible, Responsible.
[Responsibilities]
- Oversee the QA Management and Resolve any issue in such scope of work
- Manage and coordinate food safety and quality document control
- Manage and coordinate document control.
- Check all documents and records related to QA work.
- Create and update procedures and other documents for company’s quality and food safety system.
- Maintain quality, food safety and other system certificates.
- Handle internal and external audit as required.
- Monitor QA report such as verification plan and calibration
- Coordinate with QC supervisors to create documents, monitor QC report and conduct corrective actions.
- Prepare and implement calibration plan of machine and equipment in laboratory and CCP.
- Other tasks assigned by Superior.
[Working Day/Hour]
- 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break)
- Mon to Sat (6 days/week)

- Transport Allowance: $7/month
- Food Allowance: lunch is served at canteen
- OT pay: Yes (but not so many overtime)
