[Requirements]

  • Native Japanese
  • A woman in her 30s or older who can work for 10 to 20 years or more.
  • Has a clean and neat appearance, a warm personality, and polite customer service skills.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, with the ability to guide and manage hall staff.
  • Good judgment and appreciation for authentic Japanese cuisine and taste.

[Responsibilities]

  • Store management, staff management, procurement management, employee training, inventory management, and sales management.

[Working day/hour]

  • Monday to Saturday (6 Days/week)
  • Shift System (up to 10 hours/day):
  • 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Hotel room rest time (meal breaks included).

[Allowance and Benefit]

  • Annual salary increases (once per year).
  • Social insurance (NSSF).
  • Annual leave allowance (salary paid in advance).
  • 1-time bonus per year.
  • Accommodation: Provided at Hotel (self-paid for rent and electricity only).
  • Meals: Three meals a day included.
