[Requirements]
- Native Japanese
- A woman in her 30s or older who can work for 10 to 20 years or more.
- Has a clean and neat appearance, a warm personality, and polite customer service skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, with the ability to guide and manage hall staff.
- Good judgment and appreciation for authentic Japanese cuisine and taste.
[Responsibilities]
- Store management, staff management, procurement management, employee training, inventory management, and sales management.
[Working day/hour]
- Monday to Saturday (6 Days/week)
- Shift System (up to 10 hours/day):
- 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Hotel room rest time (meal breaks included).
[Allowance and Benefit]
- Annual salary increases (once per year).

- Accommodation: Provided at Hotel (self-paid for rent and electricity only).
- Meals: Three meals a day included.
