[Requirements]
- Under graduate or Bachelor Degree at least years 3 in Finance, Business or working experience in similar field.
- Strong interests in the international Financial Forex markets and trading technologies.
- Fluent in Khmer and intermediate in English (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking)
- Team player, positive attitude, mature, detail-oriented, high commitment with result-driven and self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Good skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
[Responsibilities]
- Promote the company’s Forex products and services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Research and identify potential new clients using various lead generation techniques.
- Understand potential clients’ trading needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Assist clients with trading-related issues such as order placement, trade execution, and trading platform navigation.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights and feedback to clients to enhance the company’s products and services
- Resolve technical issues related to the clients’ trading and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
