Job Description
[Requirements]
- At least 2 year experience in Sales for logistic industry
- Must have some of experience in import/export experience in Air, ocean and truck
- Language: Good command of English for communication
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications
[Responsibilities]
- Maintain and develop positive business, customer’s relationship and satisfaction
- Seeking new customers by Sales call, researching in all connections and network
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments including oversea agents
- Preparing the quotation for existing and new customers for air, sea, cross border and related services
- Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, suppliers and all related parties about pricing
- Update monthly report every month in timely manner
- Generate all new opportunities and close in Customer Relation Management System (CRM)
- Keep follow up and solve the customer’s complaint
- Ensure all customers are satisfied with our services
- Create/Update customer opportunities in CRM System
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager/management
- Ensure smooth operation by working with all replated departments
- Working on report with customers if required
- Following up the payment with customers if required
- Other tasks to be assigned by manager/management

- Working Day : Monday to Friday
- Working Hour : Morning 08:00 to 12:00, afternoon 13:00 to 17:30
