[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in office Supply and Stationery layer or similar role
- Can use English for business communication
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Basic function of MS Office Excel.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Open-minded and adaptable to working under a foreign supervisor or multicultural team.
[Responsibilities]
Inter-department Communication
- Works with Logistics/Warehouse for delivery scheduling.
Sales Execution & Support - Reaching out to B2B leads, doing store visits, and presenting catalogues.
- Prepares: product lists, customer profile forms, delivery requests, delivery arrangement
- Maintains CRM customer data (lead status, follow-up notes, purchase history).
- Collects customer feedback and reports issues
- Coordinates between customer and internal team for orders / delivery.
- Supports corporate events, exhibitions, business meetings.
- Other tasks assigned by Corporate Sales Manager.
[Working Day/Hour]
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday (5.5days/week)
- Working Hour : 8:00am to 5:00pm (8hours/day, 1hour lunch break)
