Senior Production Supervisor (Japanese Speaker)

Job Description

[Requirements]

• Bachelor’s degree Business Major, Engineering Major
• Nationality: Cambodia, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, are acceptable
• English proficiency
• Japanese Language proficiency (N1, N2) is priority
• Experience Require one at least:
• More than 5 years’ experience with production control, production management
• More than 3-5 years’ experience with warehouse management
• More than 5 years’ experience with local site manager or head of manufacturing plan or Manufacturing division
• More than 3-5 years’ Experience with profit and loss (P&L) calculation and management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Presentation skills

[Responsibilities]

• Planning production, material control
• Coordinate for shipping finish goods
• Issue manufacturing order with relevant documents for manufacturing
• Control and report profit and loss (P&L) calculation and management
• Other job concerns with production operation
• Initiatives for improving and reforming production control and material control operation

[Working day/hour]

• Monday to Saturday (6 Days/week)
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (8 Hours/day), Lunch Time: 1 hour
