Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Have responsibility all tasks for Achieving Sales Target and Increasing Customer Satisfaction of Store.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing and scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, maintaining inventories. Optimize Sales Inventory Control
- Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
- Timely Data analysis to understand trend
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, authorizing clearance sales
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Management.
[Requirements]
- Experience: At least 4 years Store Manager experience at Modern Retail industry.
- Management ability
- Schedule management ability
- Ability of raising up the issue and solve the problem
- Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
- Good communication in English
- Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
- Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
- Work experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.
[Working days/hours]
- Shift time working: *2 shift
- Morning: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Evening: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
[Allowance & Benefit]
- Transport Allowance: Include in basic salary
- Annual Leave: 18 days
- NSSF: Yes
- Seniority Payment: Yes (7.5days/6month)
- Bonus 1 time per year (Depend on the company’s business results and performance of employee).
