Workshop Assistant (Chinese Translator)

Job Description

[Responsibilities]

• Allocate production work, coordinate manpower, and ensure smooth production
• Be responsible for managing employees, have good communication skills, and be able to Effectively convey your ideas and decisions
• Provide timely feedback on employee issues and production efficiency
• Obey the arrangements of superiors and communicate with Chinese management personnel in a timely manner to coordinate work
• Assist technical personnel in training employees to learn relevant skills

 [Requirements]

• Aged 18-45, both male and female
• English : Conversational level
• Chinese : Conversational level
• Cambodian nationality
• Have a secondary school education or above (a graduation certificate is required)
• Candidates who can understand and speak Chinese and communicate with other Chinese employees are preferred
• Candidates with relevant wiring harness production or related work experience are preferred
• Responsible, hardworking, healthy, and free of bad habits.

[Working day/hour]

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Working Hour : 8:00AM-17:00PM
