{"id":14879,"date":"2025-10-24T09:45:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-24T02:45:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=14879"},"modified":"2026-03-30T10:17:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T03:17:00","slug":"onsite-visit-officer","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/kh\/job\/onsite-visit-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"On-Site Visit Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Requirements]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated with a High School\u200b or \u00a0bachelor\u2019s degree in Banking &amp; Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably some experience in credit\/loan processing, sales or customer service (can consider fresh graduates with strong aptitude).<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills; ability to review financial statements, interpret data and make sound judgments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills: confident in dealing with clients and local community.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel within the province for client visits.<\/li>\n<li>Could use Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the local language (Khmer) and preferably some English.<\/li>\n<li>High integrity, reliability, self\u2011motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, persuasive, and result\u2011oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Responsibilities]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and sell the company\u2019s credit\/loan products within the branch\u2019s province\/area.(Sale Instalment Officer)<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Support clients in completing applications, documentation, and required processes.<\/li>\n<li>Receive, review and process loan\/credit applications from prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct field visits to client business sites \/ homes in the province to verify information and assess risk. (on-site visit position)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare loan\/credit proposals, calculate key financial\/risk ratios, and submit for approval according to company policy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and follow up on disbursed loans: ensure timely repayments, detect early signs of delinquencies.<\/li>\n<li>Collect loan repayments and other dues from clients according to the company\u2019s policy and repayment schedule.
