{"id":14935,"date":"2025-11-13T15:37:04","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T08:37:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=14935"},"modified":"2026-02-25T15:13:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T08:13:46","slug":"logistics-operation-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/forvalcambodia-careers.com\/kh\/job\/logistics-operation-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Operation Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Requirements]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Age 25-45 years old<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in business management or any related field relate to logistics or supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>3 years and above of experiences (Operation Manager position)<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of USA import and export of shipment handling, freight forwarding, port operations, and legal compliance is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ocean shipping operations, including freight forwarding, port operations and legal compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and Services.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate, convince, influence or persuade respective business with proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box, lead and work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Self-disciplined, self-motivated and self-confident, independence with patience in winning trust from People<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to learn and commit to his\/her further development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Responsibilities]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote login to our server<\/li>\n<li>Handling call terminal<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Carriers or browse the web to check shipment data.<\/li>\n<li>E-mails of arrival notice to customer, broker<\/li>\n<li>Issue billing,<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination with trucker for delivery appointment and return of empty container to designated Depo&#8230;etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a dynamic customer service in which resources are managed effectively and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement, monitor performance against established KPIs and targets by take corrective actions as required.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, maintains effective relationships with customers, and gains their trust and respect<\/li>\n<li>Build, keep engagement, motivation, management and leadership, and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Work with the Managing Director to prepare the development strategies of the company<\/li>\n<li>Report directly to Managing Director of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Perform accordance with the procedures and internal policies of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties if needed by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Working Day\/Hour]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Mon to Fri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>[Allowances &amp;
