Supervision<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and monitor the performance of Chief.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth daily store operations and adherence to company standards.<\/li>\n<li>Educate and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Sales &amp; Inventory Control<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize sales and inventory control (Plan Proper Stock Policy, Controlling Order<\/li>\n<li>Clearance Slow Stock)<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct data analysis to understand trends and forecast needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure FIFO compliance where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Customer Service &amp; Relationship Building<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain admirable customer service standards across the store.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, tenants, and local community representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Research current situation (Market\/Competitor situation)<\/li>\n<li>Build strong customer relationships and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Planning &amp; Development<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute store events or promotional ideas to increase sales.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and manage PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to improve performance and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks assigned by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Working day\/hour]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible shift schedule: *4 shift<\/li>\n<li>(A: 8:00 \u2013 5:00 pm\/ B: 10:00 am \u2013 7:00 pm) (C: 1:00pm \u2013 10:00 pm\/ D: 2:00 pm \u2013 11:00 pm)<\/li>\n<li>Weekly days off: 1.5 days off per week or 6 days off per month<\/li>\n<li>Workplace: Inside Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Allowance and Benefit]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bonus &amp;
