Decision Making<\/li>\n<li>EQ Tests IQ &amp; Psychometric Tests<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Team spirits and Strong organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Responsibilities]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to perform all activities of subordinates well and correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly understand and able to explain to staff about all policies\/guidelines\/memo \u2013 HR\/MKT\/ACC etc.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly understand administrative workflow within internal process and external parties.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding sale trend of the outlet and set target to team in accordance with master plan<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of surrounding sale\/promotion\/problem\/ and pre-cautious or raise awareness to team to act accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Issue monthly report of all issues happening within the month to relevant department and management team then propose and\/or request solutions if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for safe content and regularly report to relevant department and management team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for daily cash deposit to bank and report to relevant department and management team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible in controlling uniform, stock ordering, inventory and food waste management \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Ensure QSC of the outlet up to standard by following pre-shift check and housekeeping task.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and make decision on people request \u2013 AL, SL, day off working time \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Check, comment and approve on staff roster done by hall\/kitchen in-charge.<\/li>\n<li>Do hiring \u2013 interview, lobby, and\/or retention based on actual operation need.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential issues and set action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and assign task to subordinating team and follow up thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and\/or developing training plan and schedule based on level of operation situation.<\/li>\n<li>Must be responsible for wrong ordering (hall) and\/or wrong making (kitchen)<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to rotate working time as well as outlet and control back-office system (POS server).<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to take extra mile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Working Day\/Hour]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working Day : Day Off (Working 26day\/month)<\/li>\n<li>Working Hour : Flexible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>[Allowances &amp;
